This is the shocking moment a thug deliberately plows his speedboat into the back of a luxury motor yacht before waving at the shrieking passengers and driving away.

Timothy Kennedy, 39, has reportedly been arrested for instigating the suspected alcohol-fuelled high-speed collision on Lake St. Clair, Michigan, on Saturday.

The New Baltimore man was filmed circling the motor yacht like a shark while an anxious woman reassured herself that 'it's ok it's ok'.  

But suddenly, he veers towards the bigger boat's stern and crunches into the deck as the woman screams.

But as he turns to drive away, he sticks up his middle finger, prompting the woman to yell 'you're going to jail a** hole!' at him.

The couple on board the motor yacht were not injured but claimed that their boat suffered extensive damage.
