This is the shocking moment a thug deliberately plows his speedboat into the back of a luxury motor yacht before waving at the shrieking passengers and driving away.
Timothy Kennedy, 39, has reportedly been arrested for instigating the suspected alcohol-fuelled high-speed collision on Lake St. Clair, Michigan, on Saturday.
