Nicki Minaj struts her stuff courtside in purple skin-tight jumpsuit at Lakers and Clippers game

The battle for supremacy in Los Angeles between the Lakers and Clippers was on the line at Crypto.com Arena in Downtown LA Thursday night.

And despite both teams being mediocre at best this year, with records hovering around the .500 mark, the matchup brought out the stars to the coveted court side seats, which included the likes of rapper Nicki Minaj, her husband Kenneth Petty and their 16-month-old son. 

In the end the rapstress, and the thousands more in attendance, got to see high-drama play out on the hardwood, with the game coming down to the final seconds.

Minaj (born Onika Tanya Maraj-Petty), 39, appeared to show her allegiance to the Lakers by donning the team's purple, in the form of a skin-tight jumpsuit.

The revealing number came complete with a plunging design to showcase her ample cleavage, and was matched with a pair of white boots.

She also brought out bling by wearing her large Barbie necklace, among others, as well as several bracelets, and dangling earrings.

On this night she had her tresses dyed black, with a sleek and straight styled, which included a top ponytail that fell to around her waist.

Despite all the high-flying acting from the respective's teams' star players, the Bang Bang star couldn't resist checking her hair and snapping photos and video clips throughout the night.

Petty sat his lady's left dressed in an all-blue-patterned outfit, consisting of sweatpants and a hoodie with a New York Mets baseball cap. 

He held on to their son on his lap for much of the game,  dressed in a green and orange jacket with faded blue shorts.

At one point, during a break in the action, Minaj held up a No.1  jersey with 'Queen' written on the back, in a reference to her fourth studio album, alongside some of the Clippers cheerleaders.

The No Frauds star also got the celebrity treatment when a slew of photographers began snapping away when a glaring spotlight shined on her and her husband and son.

Some of the other high-profile celebs sitting courtside included legendary boxing champion Floyd 'Money' Mayweather Jr.

Always one to be aware of his personal fashion choices, the 44-year-old Moneyman sported olive-green pants with a navy blue jacket over white shirt and a beanie cap.

MGK (born Colsen Baker), 31, came dressed to impress in an all-black ensemble and plenty of accessories, like an assortment of earrings and a lips ring.

Paul, 40, was far more dressed down than his pal in black pants, with a black and white stripped shirt and a denim jean jacket.

The game would be decided by a Reggie Jackson jump shot with just four seconds left on the game clock that gave the Clippers a 111 to 110 victory over their rivals.

Marcus Morris Sr. lead the way for the Clips with 29 points and seven rebounds, while Jackson also chipped in 25 points and eight rebounds.

Anthony Davis led the Lakers, who were without their leader LeBron James again due to swelling in his knee, scoring 30 points and grabbing 17 rebounds.

The Clippers were also without their superstar Kawhi Leonard and Paul George.
