NHS boob job scrounger Josie Cunningham has been charged by police with a revenge porn offence for allegedly posting a private sexual photograph of her ex-boyfriend on Twitter.

The 24-year-old outspoken mother-of-three, from Leeds, West Yorkshire, was arrested last night after a 'complicated investigation' by police.

Miss Cunningham, who was branded the most hated woman in Britain after shamelessly bragging about her £4,800 breast implants on the NHS, has since deleted her Twitter account.

Today West Yorkshire Police said they had charged Cunningham amid allegations she had disclosed private sexual photographs or films with intent to cause distress.

She is due to appear in court next month.

Earlier today it was reported she had been held by police 'because of a series of complaints about her inflammatory social media and a complex personal relationship', the Daily Mirror reported.

A friend of Miss Cunningham's reportedly told the newspaper: 'Josie has been helping police with their enquiries over the past couple of weeks. 

'She is an open and honest girl, she has nothing to hide.'

Earlier this week, the wannabe glamour model allegedly posted a naked photograph of her ex-boyfriend Andrew Goy to her 108,000 Twitter followers. She also posted a picture of a sex toy. 

She quickly deleted posts about her ex and her Twitter account has since been completely removed.

It came after the 33-year-old body builder, who was engaged to Miss Cunningham, sold his story to a Sunday newspaper.

Goy, who previously served jail time for admitting grievous bodily harm after punching an ex-lover in the face and breaking her jaw, claimed they 'had sex loads but never made love'.

The body builder, who has a tattoo on his chest that reads '100% beast' and a pattern around his eye like Mike Tyson, also alleged that Miss Cunningham domestically abused him.

He claimed that she was jealous, went through his phone and hit him on a number of occasions.

However, Miss Cunningham's agent Rob Cooper dismissed the claims as 'completely untrue'.

He said: 'If you look at him and his history, the idea that Josie domestically abused him is just ridiculous.

'The man is totally delusional and he's just shouting his mouth off. He is obviously the kind of person that loves the attention. You don't get a tattoo around your eye socket otherwise.'

Miss Cunningham also dismissed her ex-lover's claims as 'delusional' but has remained unusually silent in recent days since news of her alleged arrest emerged.

Mr Cooper declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline.
